The
Telngana State Govt issued a G.O.Ms.No.47 Dated: 27.02.2015 by
MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (M2) DEPARTMENT to
.Constitution of Yadagirigutta Temple Development Authority under
Section 3 of the A.P., Urban Areas (Development) Act 1975.
The said GO stated that
"The
expenditure towards establishment and other secretarial assistance
shall be borne by the authority including for the preparation of the
Master Plan for the entire Special Development Authority Area and Zonal
Development Plan and other special plans and design briefs and
guidelines for the Temple complex and surroundings including issuing of
all building permissions and land development permissions and exercise
of development control shall be undertaken by Authority immediately so
as to facilitate and implement the area as a premier shrine and cultural
center and the center for temple tourism, developing tourism linkages
like
Bhongir fort, Kolanpaka Jain temple, Pembarthi craft (V) and Warangal heritage temples as a tourism cluster of the State with all attendant facilities and amenities.

Initially
a special grant of Rs.100 Crores is sanctioned and placed at the
disposal of the Yadagirigutta Temple Development Authority for
utilization towards undertaking the above mentioned plans and design
briefs for the Temple Complex and surroundings, and for undertaking on
priority basis the relevant development works and related matters"
The
6 villages of Yadagirigutta Mandal in Nalgonda District will come under
the jurisdication of this authoritiy i.e. Yadgirpalli, Saidapur,
Raigiri, Mallapur, Datarpalli, Gundlapally.
